Out of sight, out of mind. There are very few in this country that rely on a private water source, meaning, if you have access to tap water someone regulates what is coming through your tap. Or so we think. It is so important for people to do more than “trust” the water they are using in their homes is being regulated, tested, treated correctly. Be active and get involved with your community. Take the time to look up the reports on your water system. You are washing your dishes, your clothes, cleaning your floors and countertops with this water, most importantly you are exposing your family to it through cooking, bathing, drinking and a multitude of other ways. Be involved, don’t expect someone to care more about your water than you do.
